Unlike other dogs (and you know who they are) Wheeldog was BORN with out backlegs, but with WHEELS. Below is the short history from birth to arrival in the Big City. He basically survives as he can, always on the move and always looking out for a good situation. His good buddy Mimmo helps him out whenever he can and makes sure they both get out of scrapes.
